Waffle Batter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 ff greek yogurt
- 1 tsp/2 cup ff greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 8 mini eggs coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup oat flour
Topping
- 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 8 mini eggs
- 1 tsp sweetener ( adjust to taste)
- Turn on the waffle Iron!
- In one bowl mix together all batter ingredients.
- In another mix all topping ingredients.
- To crush mini eggs place in zip lock bag & smash with the nutella jar !
- Heat up a tablespoon of nutella for 30 seconds , put in a zip lock bag , cut and edge
- Pour a heaping 1/3 cup of batter on to iron , let that baby cook , plop the topping on , drizzle with nutella . REPEAT
