Each participant that enrolled was given a coach based on their needs and the coach best suited to help them.
We had so many participants step up and become stronger versions of themselves and as coaches it was hard to pick the most outstanding because quite frankly, each participant brought something unique to the table that made them stand out.
“This month has been so rewarding. Seeing, feeling, understanding personal improvements. But most of all, seeing all of the positives among you all. Everyone joined this a month ago for different reason, and I know personally I had no idea I would gain as much as I did from this.” – Willow Kay
Each week the challengers were given a challenge for the week.
The first week the challenge was to do a group exercise class outside of the gym, this was designed to get challengers to look outside of their comfort zones to be fit, and to be a part of a supportive group environment such as a spin class or a group exercise class.
The second week the challengers were asked to make a meal out of 4 random ingredients. This challenge was designed to encourage creative cooking with healthy food, showing the participants that eating healthy does not have to be boring.
The third week Tahj and I filmed a shoulder workout, Jessi and Josie filmed a booty workout; the guys did the shoulder workout and the girls did the booty workout. We filmed these workouts exclusively for the 30 Day Fall into Shape challenge because we wanted to show creative ways to build your ideal physique.
And finally for the last week the challengers were encouraged to reach out to someone in the 30 Day Challenge and go for a workout with them, to inspire community, help support each other, and lift each other to the next level.
The middle of the challenge we rewarded one of the hardest workers with the Quick Start award. Madison Nelson was given the award for her positive posts, encouraging words, and showing the most improvement in the first two weeks.
And now we’re at the end of the 30 Day Challenge and there has to be a winner!
Someone has to take home the $1,000 prize package, which includes a 12 week training plan with the Aesthetic Nation team, a $250 Lean on Meals voucher for home-made delivered meals, and Aesthetic Nation gear.
This was a hard decision to make.
There are so many people who deserve credit and recognition for their hard work and dedication.
We’re going to award this prize package to someone who stood out every single week.
I went to the gym on the first week of the challenge with a client and good friend of mine Arnel Sedjic. Who did I see? I saw this challenger, at 9:00pm, doing cardio on the treadmill by himself.
When I asked him how he was doing he told me he was fired up and ready to take on the challenge.
This challenger’s coach has had only words of enthusiasm, optimism and belief regarding this challenger’s progress.
This challenger was engaged with the online support group and provided a driven energy that was contagious to every other participant.
Each coach nominated one of their athletes to be awarded the prize package.
And then each coach had to vote for another coaches nomination to be the winner of the $1,000 prize package.
This one was hard, because there are so many incredible people in this challenge.
At the end of the day…
Team #AEnation is going to be awarding Joel Madden with the $1,000 prize package!
Congratulations Joel. Please get in contact with your coach and we will discuss the game plan moving forward.
