1) Cover mini loaf pan or small square pan with plastic wrap , set aside .
2) In a mixing bowl , stir together all batter ingredients until well combined .
3) Spoon mixture into pan & press down with back of spoon or fingers until flattened & covering pan .
4) In separate bowl mix together peanut butter frosting ingredients & pour over batter . (If desired top with chocolate chips)
5) Place in freezer for 30 minutes, remove plastic wrap before cutting into 8 squares . Eat immediately
